Remember after each correct tone entry the Power Stone^tm will respond with 2 long beeps followed by 3 short beeps!
You can combine the configuration commands during your phone call, just make sure you hit 80 to save your configuration to the device!
The factory default configuration setting for the Power Stone^tm is to pick up the phone after 15 rings, issue one beep if the power is off, 2 beeps if the power is ON. You then must enter the default security code ( # # 8 8 ) to configure the unit within 10 seconds.

To Change the Security Access Code

Wait for Power Stone^tm to pick up the phone after 3 rings or 15 rings depending on your settings in REGISTER 4
Enter Your Security Code. Default # # 8 8
Enter 06 (REGISTER 6) followed by the 2 additional digits which will be ADDED to the security code. If you were to enter 34 the new Security Code would be # # 8 8 3 4
Enter 80 to save the REGISTER values and hang up the phone. ( or enter another REGISTER code to continue. )
Your security access code is now set to # # 8 8 3 4 for future sessions.

To Manually Turn Power On or Off

Wait for Power Stone^tm to pick up the phone after 3 rings or 15 rings depending on your settings in REGISTER 4
Enter Your Security Code. Default # # 8 8
Enter 010 (REGISTER 1, FUNCTION 0 (zero) which says to manually turn OFF the power NOW.)
You may turn the power back ON by Entering 011. ( REGISTER 1, FUNCTION 1 which says to manually turn ON the power NOW. )
Enter 80 to save the REGISTER values and hang up the phone.( or enter another REGISTER code to continue. )
In this mode the Power Stone^tm will ONLY respond to MANUAL POWER ON or OFF COMMANDS. It will NOT respond to RINGS because the REGISTRY 1 value is set to FUNCTION 0 or 1.

To override and deactivate all REGISTER commands and turn the power ON

Wait for Power Stone^tm to pick up the phone after 3 rings or 15 rings depending on your settings in REGISTER 4
Enter Your Security Code. Default # # 8 8
Enter 051 (REGISTER 5, FUNCTION 1 (one) which says to override ALL register commands and turn the Power ON)
Enter 80 to save the REGISTER values and hang up the phone.( or enter another REGISTER code to continue. )
In this mode all automatic commands are ignored. The Power Stone^tm will power ON the device regardless of any other settings. All additional ring activation commands are ignored until you place the Power Stone^tm into NORMAL operation mode.

To activate REGISTER commands for NORMAL OPERATION

Wait for Power Stone^tm to pick up the phone after 3 rings or 15 rings depending on your settings in REGISTER 4
Enter Your Security Code. Default # # 8 8
Enter 050 (REGISTER 5, FUNCTION 0 (zero) which says to allow modification of commands for NORMAL operations.)
Enter 80 to save the REGISTER values and hang up the phone.( or enter another REGISTER code to continue. )
In this mode all commands are ACTIVE for configuring the Power Stone^tm to your specifications.

To Reboot the device automatically when 2 or Less Rings are detected

Wait for Power Stone^tm to pick up the phone after 3 rings or 15 rings depending on your settings in REGISTER 4
Enter Your Security Code. Default # # 8 8
Enter 013 (REGISTER 1, FUNCTION 3 (three) which says to AUTOMATICALLY turn OFF the power for 15 seconds when ring number X is detected.)
Enter 022 (REGISTER 2, FUNCTION 2 (two) which says to activate when 2 or Less Rings are detected.)
Enter 80 to save the REGISTER values and hang up the phone.( or enter another REGISTER code to continue. )
In this mode the Power Stone^tm will ONLY respond to 2 or LESS rings. It will power OFF for 15 seconds and then Power ON.

To Reboot the device automatically when 3 or More Rings are detected

Wait for Power Stone^tm to pick up the phone after 3 rings or 15 rings depending on your settings in REGISTER 4
Enter Your Security Code. Default # # 8 8
Enter 013 (REGISTER 1, FUNCTION 3 (three) which says to AUTOMATICALLY turn OFF the power for 15 seconds when ring number X is detected.)
Enter 023 (REGISTER 2, FUNCTION 3 (three) which says to activate when 3 or More Rings are detected.)
Enter 80 to save the REGISTER values and hang up the phone.( or enter another REGISTER code to continue. )
In this mode the Power Stone^tm will ONLY respond to 3 or MORE rings. It will power OFF for 15 seconds and then Power ON.

To Power ON the device automatically when 2 or Less Rings are detected and turn OFF when call is completed.

Wait for Power Stone^tm to pick up the phone after 3 rings or 15 rings depending on your settings in REGISTER 4
Enter Your Security Code. Default # # 8 8
Enter 012 (REGISTER 1, FUNCTION 2 (two) which says to AUTOMATICALLY turn ON the power for the duration of the phone call.)
Enter 022 (REGISTER 2, FUNCTION 2 (two) which says to activate when 2 or LESS Rings are detected.)
Enter 80 to save the REGISTER values and hang up the phone.( or enter another REGISTER code to continue. )
In this mode the Power Stone^tm will ONLY respond to 2 or LESS rings. It will power ON the device for the duration of the phone call and turn the power OFF when the call is completed.

To Power ON the device automatically when 3 or More Rings are detected and turn OFF when call is completed.

Enter 012 (REGISTER 1, FUNCTION 2 (two) which says to AUTOMATICALLY turn ON the power for the duration of the phone call.)
Enter 023 (REGISTER 2, FUNCTION 3 (three) which says to activate when 3 or MORE rings are detected.)
Enter 80 to save the REGISTER values and hang up the phone.( or enter another REGISTER code to continue. )
In this mode the Power Stone^tm will ONLY respond to 3 or MORE rings. It will power ON the device for the duration of the phone call and turn the power OFF when the call is completed.

Enter 014 (REGISTER 1, FUNCTION 4 (Four) which says to AUTOMATICALLY toggle the power ON if the unit is OFF, OFF if the unit is ON when X number of rings is detected.)
Enter 023 (REGISTER 2, FUNCTION 3 (three) which says to activate when 3 or MORE rings are detected.) OR
Enter 022 (REGISTER 2, FUNCTION 2 (two) which says to activate when 2 or LESS rings are detected.)
Enter 80 to save the REGISTER values and hang up the phone.( or enter another REGISTER code to continue. )
In this mode the Power Stone^tm will ONLY respond to the number of rings selected. It will power ON the device if the power is OFF. It will power OFF the device if the power is ON.

To Toggle the Power ON for the first phone call and Toggle the Power OFF for the next call. (next ring sequence ON,next OFF,next ON,next OFF etc.)
IF SERIAL NUMBER IS GREATER THAN 27819.

Enter 014 (REGISTER 1, FUNCTION 4 (Four) which says to AUTOMATICALLY toggle the power ON if the unit is OFF, OFF if the unit is ON when X number of rings is detected.)
Enter 020 (REGISTER 2, FUNCTION 0 (zero) which says to activate LESS THAN the number or rings set in register 09 OR
Enter 021 (REGISTER 2, FUNCTION 1 (one) which says to activate MORE THAN the number of rings set in register 09
Enter 092 (REGISTER 9, FUNCTION 2 (two) which says use 2 rings and look at the value in register 2 to determine if it is MORE THAN or LESS THEN this number of rings to perform the on or off action.
Enter 80 to save the REGISTER values and hang up the phone.( or enter another REGISTER code to continue. )
You may also want to set register 10 to the number of rings where the Power Stone(tm) RPS II will actually pick up the phone for configuration. Append the number of rings after entering 10, so for example to have the RPS II actually pick up the phone in 9 rings enter 109
In this mode the Power Stone^tm will ONLY respond to the number of rings selected. It will power ON the device if the power is OFF. It will power OFF the device if the power is ON.

Tell me if the Power Stone^tm unit is allowing power to the device or not

Enter Your Security Code. Default # # 8 8
Enter * (star) 07 (READ REGISTER 7, If the power is ON you will hear 1 beep, if OFF 2 slow beeps)
Enter 80 to hang up the phone. ( or make another selection. )
The * STAR keyboard selection followed by 07 will tell you if the Power Stone^tm is powering the device.

Tell me if there has been a power failure since my last configuration of the Power Stone^tm unit

Wait for Power Stone^tm to pick up the phone after 3 rings or 15 rings depending on your settings in REGISTER 4
Enter Your Security Code. Default # # 8 8
Enter * (star) 08 (READ REGISTER 8, If there was a power failure you will hear 1 beep, if NOT 2 beeps)
Enter 80 to hang up the phone. ( or make another selection. )
The * STAR keyboard selection followed by 08 will tell you if the Power Stone^tm unit itself has experienced a power failure since its last configuration.

Have the Power Stone^tm pick up after 3 rings and tell me if the power is ON or OFF. If I enter the security code the Power Stone^tm can be accessed for configuration.

Enter 041 (REGISTER 4, FUNCTION 1 (one) which says to pick up the phone at 3 rings and send beeps to tell me if the power is ON or OFF)
Enter 80 to save the REGISTER values and hang up the phone.( or enter another REGISTER code to continue. )
In this mode the Power Stone^tm will pick up the phone after 3 rings and issue one beep if the power is ON and 2 low beeps if the power is OFF. This selection still allows for all automatic functions to work as they are configured in REGISTER 1 ( When X rings are encountered per REGISTER 2- Use REGISTER VALUE 1 to Power ON during phone call, or Reboot or Toggle ON/OFF ) Note that this options adds an audible beep when the Power Stone^tm activates on the phone line to tell you if the power is ON or OFF.

Have the Power Stone^tm pick up after 15 rings and tell me if the power is ON or OFF. If I enter the security code the Power Stone^tm can be accessed for configuration.

Enter 040 (REGISTER 4, FUNCTION 0 (zero) which says to pick up the phone after 15 rings and send beeps to tell me if the power is ON or OFF)
Enter 80 to save the REGISTER values and hang up the phone.( or enter another REGISTER code to continue. )
In this mode the Power Stone^tm will pick up the phone after 15 rings and issue one beep if the power is ON and 2 low beeps if the power is OFF. This selection still allows for all automatic functions to work as they are configured in REGISTER 1 ( When X rings are encountered per REGISTER 2 – Use REGISTER VALUE 1 to Power ON during phone call, or Reboot or Toggle ON/OFF ) Note that this option is also a fail safe. After 15 rings the Power Stone^tm will pick up the phone and issue beeps to tell you if the power is ON or OFF. You can then enter your security code to configure the Power Stone^tm.

Reset the Power Stone^tm to factory defaults for all operations.

Wait for Power Stone^tm to pick up the phone after 3 rings or 15 rings depending on your settings in REGISTER 4
Enter Your Security Code. Default # # 8 8
Enter 60 which says to reset all values to factory defaults.
- Wait until 3 or more rings are detected.
- When the above condition is met the power will be turned ON.
- Approx. 2 minutes after the call is completed the plugged in device will be shut OFF.
- After 15 rings are received the Power Stone^tm will pickup the phone for secure access and further configuration by you.
- Use your touch tone keypad to access the Power Stone^tm for configuration.
- Use # # 8 8 once the Power Stone^tm picks up to access configuration options.

Exit Manual Configuration without making any changes to the Power Stone^tm.
